As part of the Performance Management System all GeoAcoustics colleagues are encouraged to identify areas where they want to develop their skills.
Team development can be informal through on-the-job training or more formal through external learning. In 2024 we sent colleagues to specialised residential courses in electronics as well as providing external and online course for our H&S team, also in support our Environmental System accreditation.
